That looks like a very nice complex. Too nice for 7 drunks. Unless they put them on one floor that hasn't been developed yet except for the one suite they will be in.
Don't they normally just take an abandon building and renovate it to make it MTV "Real World" friendly, with it normally being secluded from adjoining tenants. I would have to go back and see but I thought that was normally what they did.

they have at times taken buildinds like boston where they converted a firehouse
but the houses both times in NY and london werent seperate but i would imagine that they would probably retrofit the building to that it has a private entrance and no access from the rest of the building
